Birthdays

  • Each child will be able to celebrate his/her birthday in the classroom.

*One way to celebrate your child's birthday is by send in a store bought snack with the ingredients on the package. We do not accept cakes. It is to difficult for us to cut and serve the cake.  We can not except items from Dunkin Donuts or bakeries. You can send in juice boxes for a drink if you wish. Birthday food items can be sent in with your child or dropped off at the school office where we will pick it up.

*Another way to celebrate your child's birthday is by sending in a small trinket. Such as  pencils, erasers, friendship bracelets, stickers, etc. ... that your child will be able to pass out to the children.

*Another way to celebrate your child's birthday is by sending in a book to be permanently placed in the classroom library or school library.

If your child's birthday lands on a day off from school we will schedule it accordingly.

If your child has a summer birthday, we will do our best to schedule it as close to their half birthday as possible.

*Please review the school handbook for more information about appropriate birthday items.
