    Class Mass Schedule

Due to the pandemic, our Mass schedule has changed.  Seating at Mass will be limited. 4B will attend Mass on the following days this year:   10/15, 11/19, 12/17, 1/21, 2/25, 3/25, 4/29, 5/6.  If your child has arrived to the 4B classroom by 7:53, then I will walk all my classroom students over to church. If a child arrives to class after 7:53, then he/she should not enter the classroom as there is no supervision. The child should leave their backpack against the hallway wall and walk down to the Main Office to tell them they need to go to Mass. The office personnel will then escort the child to church. If your child is arriving late to school, please walk your child to the Main Office and then over to church. Please review proper church behavior with your child. If a child should not receive Holy Communion, he/she simply does not go up to the altar for it.

Prior to the Virus (disregard this section for now):  We will go to 8:00 a.m. Mass once a month as a class. The designated day for fourth graders will be the ____________ of every month. All 4th grade students, except for those who take the bus, should try to be on line by 7:50 a.m. on Mass days.  One of the 4th grade teachers will escort the children on line to church. The other 4th grade teacher usually waits near the center outside door to gather and escort those who arrive after 7:50 a.m. If your child arrives after the last bell, please escort him/her to the office. We will also go to Mass as a school community on special days throughout the year. Remember to speak with your child periodically about appropriate church behavior. Thank you.
