Please be certain to read this website every week. We believe children are most successful in Pre-Kindergarten when their parents act as a partner in their childs education.  Refer to this site for announcements, homework and classroom news.

Special thanks for the baby wipe donations for Great Expectations!!!

Roses are red, violets are blue. We're getting ready for Valentines Day, hope you are too!!!

SNOW EMERGENCY: Snowy weather conditions cause school closings or early dismissals. PLEASE REFER TO THE PRE-K HANDBOOK (page 8) for emergency information so that you are prepared!  NOTE:  When the radio announces that Franklin Township Schools are closed, our school is closed.  Should Franklin Township Schools be on a delayed schedule, our Pre-Kindergarten will begin at 9:30 AM.  Early dismissals due to inclement weather, will be notified by the Honeywell Alert system.

LUNCH HELPERS NEEDED:  Please take just 30 minutes out of your day to lend a helping hand to our four year old children during lunch.  The children love having a parent come in to help the class.  Better yet, the teachers are THRILLED!!  Please let us know when you are available.  Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Baby it's cold outside!!!  Cold air will never keep us away from the playground.  Please be certain that your child is wearing a warm coat, hat, and mittens (mittens are easy for little ones to manage) to school everyday.  We love to go outside to play, and the children need to be prepared for chilly weather! NOTE:  Should your child wear snow boots to school, A CHANGE OF SHOES MUST BE IN THE BACKPACK .

Let's stay well all winter!:  When in doubt, keep them out!!!  It's no fun to be in Pre-K when you are not feeling well!  Please keep your child home from school if they are not feeling well, or seem to be under the weather.  Please reveiw  the health policy in the Pre-K handbook (pg. 9)  By following the policy, we can keep our children well!

Before School Program:  If your child is attending the Before School Program, please enter the building at 8:00AM or go to the main office to be let in after 8:00AM.  Please be certain that your child has had a healthy breakfast prior to coming to school.

After School Program:  Children that attend the After School Program (ASP) must bring a SNACK AND A DRINK daily. Please be certain that this snack is packed in a brown bag Labeled: ASP. The snack must be packed separately from your child's lunch. Please be certain that your child has a paper napkin  in their snack bag, as well as a spoon if necessary.
