Saint Matthias School is an integral part of the Catholic Community of Saint Matthias which is
committed to continuing the mission and message of the love of Jesus Christ through its
education ministry. The success of the school is a tribute to the many dedicated people who, since
September 8, 1965, have shared a common belief in the value of Catholic education.

2009 Spotlight on Catholic Education Award

St. Matthias was named a 2009 Spotlight School for the Diocese of Metuchen. This year-long celebration will honor St. Matthias for our success in providing academic excellence in a faith-filled environment.
